This week’s Wellbeing Wednesday highlights a few quick tips on staying focused when the afternoon slump hits! Did you know multitasking and task shifting can cost up to 40% of your productive time?! To be able to make sure you have sustained energy, taking a quick break to stretch or change your sitting position can go a long way. It is also important to truly take the lunch break and step away from the computer and give your mind a few minutes to rest and decompress so that you can then have a renewed sense of focus for the rest of your day.
