This week for Wellbeing Wednesday I was asked about the impact of being tempted to curl up in bed to hide away from the cold and noise of the world? Believe it or not, bedtime wind down routines are best spent outside of bed! For example, did you know that when you are spending time in bed reading, watching TV, checking your phone, etc., your brain can get confused as to whether or not it should be associating your bed with sleep or with being awake?
